It's something you have likely seen on TV or in a movie - someone collapses they need help. What do you do?
But how would you respond to a suspected heart attack or cardiac arrest?
If your answer is no, I urge you to take a few minutes to watch our video on how to perform CPR.
This video is the first in a series created for our supporters to help spread awareness of the importance of learning skills that could save lives.
Our scientists care deeply about your heart health. But advancements in medical research sadly don't happen overnight. So in the meantime, i hope you will spare a little time to learn about the steps you can take today to help protect the hearts of those around you.

He walks long distances for fun – 500 kilometres of hiking trails whilst on holidays – and doesn’t mind travelling 450 kilometres just to go to work some days (more on that later).
